At present Wall Art Gifts can only offer free delivery to the following parts of the United Kingdom, England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your product within the allocated time listed.
The impact of Covid 19 restrictions may cause extended production times. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Prints: Delivery between 4-5 working days
Glass Frames: 4-6 working days
Wood Handmade Frames: 10-12 working days
Customers will be notified of delivery where possible
I understand that things can go wrong, that's why they have rubbers on pencils, mistakes can happen. Please get in touch if your goods have not been received within the agreed times or if a delivery has not been made within 28th days of the product been dispatched. If your product has arrived faulty or damaged then we will replace them at no cost to yourself, we will arrange the return. Due to the nature of my business all artworks are made to order and once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If a refund has to be processed back to you this will be, funds will be returned via the same method as they were ordered.
Damage Goods on Delivery
If your products have arrived in a damaged state please take photos where possible of the damage and contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible to your satisfaction
